Women Together is proudly funded and supported by Being You Therapy, a charity committed to creating greater accessibility of counselling and therapy for individuals from disadvantaged and low economic backgrounds. Their support enables us to offer this group therapy by heavily subsidising the costs.

You can meet with your therapist at our Walsall clinic, online via our video portal or a blend of both. Whether you're local or not, our team can help.
After the initial consultation, we'll invite you to commit to 3 counselling sessions. Why? Because those who commit to the therapy process benefit the most from therapy.
We've also found that having this provision in place increases the likelihood of our clients seeing the process through to completion. Only then do they experience the relief they're looking for and become the best version of themselves.
After the first 3 sessions, appointments are open-ended, and we'll continue to support you for as long as you need our assistance.
Note: For those struggling financially, we're happy to make allowances and wave this condition.
It's completely fine if you can't attend every week; weekly attendance isn't mandatory. However, we encourage some level of commitment so the same group of women can foster deeper connections and go on this journey together.
Each session costs £20, a fee that is subsidised by Being You Therapy. This cost covers everything, including refreshments and activities. Plus, there's no charge for sessions you're unable to attend, so you only pay for the weeks you participate.
Joining Women Together can be incredibly beneficial during those times when life feels challenging and isolating. While individual counselling may not be everyone's preference, group therapy offers a supportive space to navigate life's difficult moments, providing both support and understanding from other women who may share similar experiences.
