Nordia is a qualified psychotherapist and holds an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. Over the last few years, she has worked in various art therapy and psychotherapy settings, including primary and secondary schools, private clinics, charities, the NHS, and CAMHS Services. She has been able to bring together these different experiences – take all that she has learned and loved – and use them in her work as Practice Director for Restoration Therapy.
Nordia integrates a range of therapeutic approaches to meet the needs of her clients, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and attachment theory with a person-centered approach. She has had success with individuals who have struggled with eating disorders, relationship difficulties, depression and anxiety, identity crises, trauma, and grief and loss. She believes in making therapy accessible and comfortable for all, and offers both face-to-face and online counselling.
